Happened to me again yesterday. Time I migrated to another plugin to do this if it we don't even get comments here recognising that this is serious and telling us what is going to happen about it.

BOOKING SLOT ISSUE
I can confirm I have the same problem and have been having it for several weeks at least now. It's irritating and wasting clients' time and my time. I used to be able to assume that if EA had offered an appointment for that slot and time that I could just confirm it, now I have to check each time I get the request for confirmation. Surely EA should just check if the worker (only ever me in my system) has any other confirmed booking impinging on that time slot, (or any pending booking?) and should show the time slot as unavailable so the client won't ask for it? I agree that it feels as if something has changed some time in the not that distant past, that means this used to work but doesn't now. Quite a priority issue. EA 3.7.3 on WP 5.9.1 on a Debian Linux server with PHP 7.3.31-1~deb10u1.
