When I copied the link for the Responsive Single Column Form and pasted it in the content of a page, it just showed up as a link and not the actual form on my website page. What am I doing wrong? The video was not available to see how to do it.

Hi, you need to put as shortcode. Like in this example https://easy-appointments.net/responsive-single-column-layout/ Best regards, Nikola
