Hi Nicola, How can we resolve the issue about the link that is triggered by the mail server without removing the Confirm or Cancel link from the email template? Best regards, Dennis

Hi Dennis, you can do that by turning on option called two step mail action. That will require additional action when link is open so mail server can't cancel appointment by simply opening such url. Best regards, Nikola

Yes, the 2 step mail action is already turned on but the cancel, confirm link still triggered. I need those link to put that in the mail template so that i can easily manage the appointment with logging in to the wordpress dashboard. How to resolve this issue? i hope you can help me.
