Odd message, form not displaying

I'm new to the plugin and have configured a worker, location, and service. They have all been connected and I have tested my appointment page with two different ea shortcodes. Where the form should begin, I get this message:

... then no form when using Bootstrap and a really poorly formatted form when using the standard shortcode.

I'll be buying the extension if we can get this working and looking good - it's very intuitive to configure and maintain ... I like it a lot more than the Appointy service I'm currently using elsewhere.

Hi, looks like you have some kind of minify/caching plugin running in background. Inside that plugin there should option to exclude files from being minified. So you will have to enter path to exclude EA. After that is should be much better. Best regards, Nikola
