Hello,
  If I change a booking in Google Calendar from BUSY to FREE status because the client cancelled, will it make that slot available in Easy Appointments? I don’t want to delete the booking because I would like to keep for future reference in my Google Calendar.

Hi Eric, atm there is no effect having that. If you delete it from Google Calendar you will still have it in EasyAppointments but only as Canceled appointment.
