Fields not opening after date being picked

If you look at https://www.momentsbycandice.com/book-now/
if you select sessions and then the date say June 12 and then a time. On a mobile device the fields don’t open up to be filled out. It does work on a desktop computer though.
Any help would be great.

Hi, have you filled out form on mobile. That feature is browser based so it's remembers form content within same browser.
