Email notifications not sending

Hi, Once an appointment is made, no email notification goes through to either the admin OR the client. Before I upgrade to the extension, I need to make sure I have the plugin working properly. Please advise as to how to get this part to work. Thank you

Hi Elisa, can you get any email from your site? For example if you try to reset access password etc? Best regards, Nikola
