Wrong visualization of Agree field and GDPR checkbox

Hi, I'm configuring Easy Appointments (it was one of he plugins included on my WP theme). It's been a very smooth process but the visualization on the website of the 'Agree field' and the 'GDPR checkbox' it's not correct.  Instead of a checkbox it's a line. See picture here: https://ibb.co/k6KkmSd   Do you know how to fix this? Thanks :)

Hi, looks like some styles that are overlapping there. Can you please share the link so I can check right on the spot what is going on? :) Best regards, Nikola
