block time in services

hi
block time in services doesn't work. for example , i use 60 min for "block after" , with 90 min duration of my services.
after make an appointment, if i want to make a new appointment, the new appointment start after last appointment, and doesn't block 60 min between my appointments.
do i use this item correctly? i can not find your documents, or any exmple for this item in your site.

Hi,
can you please share the link to that customers form. Block time should prevent next appointments if there is less then (end time of appointments + block time). But that is only in case that you have only one slot left. Maybe you have multiple slots so it will affect only one slot from many.
