Workers labels

I need to substitute the word "Workers" with "Artists". Can you, please, help me?

Hi Ari, there is option inside EA Settings > Customize page where you can alter that label. :) Best regards, Nikola

But that is just for the frontend form. Do you want to alter on all places?
