is there a way to disable the selection of workers in the booking form and then let the back office assign a worker later?

Hi, you can predefine dummy worker like in this example https://easy-appointments.net/predefined-selections-responsive/ so user will not select worker. Then you would have to change those dummy workers to real ones in Admin Appointments page. That is a only way atm to have something like that. Best regards, Nikola
