use #link-cancel# and #link-conform# in own admin mail template

Hi, i want to use my own admin mail template and i want to incluce the #link_confirm# and #link_cancel# links. But i want to link them to a word, like in the default admin mail. However when i try to do that the link doesnt work.Can you help me? Best regards.

This is still the issue.

I use #link_cancel# in “a href” html tag, but the email arrives with plain text with no link attached to it.
