I’ve just purchased and set up the twillo integration to send SMS.
Followed all the steps correctly, changed twillo to a paid account (not the free trial). Any appointments booked though, no SMS are received or appear to be attempted to be sent from Twillo.

Hi Declan, one question. By looking at one appointment from site I see phone number that is 07527350630. Can you please tell me if the phone number +447527350630 is valid one? EA is removing leading 0. If that is the case can you test it by removing +44 from country settings and then in from add full number with country code.

Ok, I tried removing the country settings. Added the +44 when booking a test appointment. Still no SMS message.
Checked the Twillo logs, it hasnt tried to send any messages
The issue was the “Send From:” field didnt contain the number, I’d used the business name thinking it accepted that. Works now.
