Hi,
when my customer asked an appointment at a certain time, can I sent out a automatic confirmation with that time in it; 
So that the customer has a reminder about the time of his/her appointment ?
En can I make sure that the customer makes no appointment more the day itself? Can I block that ?

Hi,

when you are creating Appointment you can send email to that customer. Regarding blocking customer from having more then one Appointment per day it have to be done by custom code.
