time and localisation

Hi,  i have an issue with the localisation. The short codes of localisation does not contain India time. How do I set India timezone? second, the appointment time is showing as 9:29am, 10:29am and so on. How can I change that to 9:30am, 10:30am?

Hi, I will have to check for India localization. This was default localization for jQuery DatePicker UI. Best regards, Nikola
