Hello, 

I have implemented EA a few months ago. 
I have this shortcode.

East Appointments - Settings validation:
You need to define at least one location.
You need to define at least one service.
You need to define at least one worker.
There should be at least one Connection.

As a matter of fact, I noticed there is no connection defined in back-end, and when I create one, the submission does nothing, and no data is saved in database. 

I haven't touched this plugin for a while, I don't know what could have happened.
