Dear Nikola, my site has an error  my customers complain about.
After having completed all needed fields on my reservation page after clicking ‘Submit’, the button only greys out and a grey ‘forbidden’-symbol appears. I had set it to show the message ‘Thank you for submitting the reservation, you will soon receive a confirmation email.’ but this message is not shown anymore and the button remains greyed out, it seems like nothing happens when clicking it and customers click on it several times and are unsure whether the reservation was submitted or not. LUCKILY I do get the reservation in my EA and email so I can confirm this, customers receive the confirmation email. But it gives a lot of questions for customers as it seems like the reservation did not work… Can you plse check or what do I need to do?

Hi Yves, can you please check error log file on your hosting? Most likely there is some kind of error regarding that. It will easy up things a lot. PS I have also try to create one test booking.

Dear Nikola, we’re 2 months further now and I sent you the error log file. You asked me whether I have a field called email and identified as email, which is the case.
The logfile still shows “TYPE: MAIL
ERRORS: {“wp_mail_failed”:[“Message body empty”]}
ERRORS_DATA: {“wp_mail_failed”:{“to”:[“”],”subject”:”RelaxiTaxi Reservatie 5760″,”message”:””,”headers”:[],”attachments”:[],”phpmailer_exception_code”:2}}”

I checked all the fields, I really cannot find the issue. When clicking on ‘Submit’ , clients do not see the Thank you message. What is this oh-mailer exception code shown above? Don’t know about this but maybe I have to update or change a field somewhere else?
