Paypal Button blank

When pay by credit card is selected from smart button then the submit for payment button is a blue button with nothing on it. Just a blank button. Should this have "Submit" on it? See below screenshot image

Hi, that button is rendered from PayPal. I have checked the link and it is saying Pay Now? Best regards, Nikola
