Hi Nikola,
I found this sitation
If a client cancels an appointment, it is effectively cancelled and receives a new email with notification of cancellation.
if I activate that the worker receives notification of the appointment, he receives an email with the notice, but upon cancellation he receives the SAME email: he does not notify you that it has been cancelled.
Do I have to modify anything in the options?

Hi Consuelo,

when user gets the same EMail? If admin cancel appointment?

Hi Nikola,
 
the worker receives the same confirmed appointment email when the client cancels it (from the link that the client receives in the confirmation email).
The client does receive the cancellation mail, the worker does not.

Hi Consuelo,

I have tested everything locally and looks fine. My question is have you checked field: Send email to worker because if you are looking at Admin notification email it is always the same. That admin template is last tab inside EasyAppointments > Settings > Customize page . Can you please check if you are getting admin email?

I sorry for the delay in this reply.
I confirm that the check box for sending email to the worker is activated.
and NO mail is received in admin (no notification, no cancellation)
in the worker, you receive the same email: both notification and cancellation.
I have chosen to uncheck that checkbox and have each worker review their calendars

Can you please copy/paste that customers email template (pending or confirmed) to admin template. Sometimes admin email can be blocked from mail server that you are using.
