Hi Nikola, your plugins it's amazing, but It's a way to the subject begins with out SPAM at first?

Hi Sual, it's not from EasyAppointments. Most likely you are hosting your site on shared hosting and more then one site have same IP address. I will suggest to send those emails via SMTP plugin or similar. Also Send from value must match domain on your site. Best regards, Nikola
