Hi, so if I make appointment on google calendar, will this synchronise with my timeslots on the frontend apointment User Interface? so clients can not make reservation on that moment?

its in the feature list, but I think it does not work…
* Create / Update / Delete events in Google Calendar and have automatically synced with your Easy Appointments

Hi, you need to make those settings inside Extension plugin. Sync is two way so from EA to Google Calendar and back from GC to EA. Here is whole tutorial on how to do that : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sondt5kL_Hc Best regards, Nikola

Nikola,

I followed your tutorial for settings in Extension plugin. Everything works fine, but the only thing that is needed, make by myself an appointment in my google calendar, does not sync with my time slot. So people can make an appointment in website on a timeslot that I would like to block via my google calendar.

Please help

Hi Nikola,
it worked fine now. It’ s the sync time… can’ t this sync directly (5 sec.) from google calendar to the EA slots? Much faster? I don’t know what the sync time is, but when I want to block slots, there may be no more possibilities to customers to make an appointment on that moment… and yes the sync time stands on 5 min in the Connect [BETA]…

Hi, 5 minutes is fastest interval ATM. There is reason why it can be like 5 seconds because EA need to fetch all events from Google Calendar and compare with EA data. It takes time for that. If there are a lot of events then it can take more then 5 seconds and sync call can overlap between each other making total mess 🙁

Best regards,
Nikola
