Hi, only way of knowing that is via email notifications. Customer should receive email that will tell him that status has been changed. You can also attach ICS file to that mail so customer can import that event to own calendar with one click. Google Calendar is there to help Employees to track, alter or cancel events. To easily block time if they are not working etc 🙂
