Custom form fields

I added custom form fields and I want to erase the ones that are extra but I cannot.  I already tried turning on the compatibility mode.  How  Thank you!

Hi Matias, is there any error in console when you try deleting one? Or inside php error log file on your server? Best regards, Nikola
