Hi Nikola, Now all has been set up properly thanks to your help, I have 11 calenders representing 11 regions in which I work. How do I block my availability in certain area's without blocking them all and without having to change my availibility in 'connections'? FYI: an event in GCAL blocks my availability in ALL regions after sync. All calendars are from one Google account.

Hi Richard, that depends how many slots there are there. If you have two slots for the same time and on Google Calendar you create one event there you will still have one slot free. Also if you are using option called Multiple work then it block slots only if worker/service/location are the same. Best regards, Nikola
