Hi Leslie,   that is a part of translation. So for example you are using EN version of translation and you can your own version of translation file and place it in languages folder inside plugin. There are bunch of resource on how to create a translation file : https://easy-appointments.net/documentation/#translate . Poedit is simple and nice program just open file easy-appointments-en_US.pot from languages folder and edit it as you want.   Best regards, Nikola
