Hi, 
We are having an email issue. Emails are sending correctly to the user but are not being sent to either the user or admin even though they have been entered and checked in settings. The log shows no error.
We have tried adding an SMTP plug in but get the same result. We have also set the user, worker and admin email to the same address to rule out blacklisting but only the user receives an email.
Not sure what to do next?
