We have set a field order-id in the form, may i know how to prevent customer to make multiple appointments with their single order-id? Is it possible to check whether the order-id (or phone number) is already registered in the booking system, and reject their booking if they are trying to make multiple appointments? Thanks!

Hi, for that to work you will need to add custom code. EA provides hooks that can be used for that purpose. Best regards, Nikola
