How do you set up a confirmation email for the customer?

Hi there, trying to set up a booking system using your plugin. I'm trying to get the confirmation email to send to the customer but it doesn't work - I only recieve them as the admin when confirming the appointments. Could you suggest how I can do this?

Hi, do you have custom field called email? Also is there any error log inside EA Settings > Tools page? Best regards, Nikola
