Hide employee selection (because there is only one)

hi, our use case is as following:
2 Locations
1 Worker for each location (neutral but different mail addresses) When the user selects the location the employee drop down shows up and there is only one option choose from. This is redundant and not very helpful. How can we remove this select drop down and automatically choose the correct worker for each location?

Have the same issue, 2 locations with 1 worker per location. No need to show the worker field.
