Im always getting stuck in the submitting when a appointment is made

Dear Nikola, I have the same error: my customers complain about it. After having completed all needed fields on my reservation page after clicking ‘Submit’, the button only greys out and a grey ‘forbidden’-symbol appears. I had set it to show the message ‘Thank you for submitting the reservation, you will soon receive a confirmation email.’ but this message is not shown anymore and the button remains greyed out, it seems like nothing happens when clicking it and customers click on it several times and are unsure whether the reservation was submitted or not. LUCKILY I do get the reservation in my EA and email so I can confirm this, customers receive the confirmation email. But it gives a lot of questions for customers as it seems like the reservation did not work… Can you plse check or what do I need to do?
