Google Calendar time wrong, and can not move on to fill the personal info
Hi Nikolas, Thank you for your respond last time for the question of time zone, we have fixed it according to your suggestion. Now we have purchased the Connect function, and successfully synced, however we found the appointment appears 7 hours earlier on Google Calendar. I have set the time zone on both Google Calendar and WP, and I saw another gentleman has the same issue and he fixed it with google_logic.php file. Do you know where can I find it or how can I fix the time difference? At the same time, when I tried to make an an appointment on user's page, after selected time, I can not move on the fill the personal info, the whole part is still grey. However my boss is able to make the appointment on his laptop. I have tried it on different browsers, it still won't work. I also noticed I won't be able to delete some of the custom fields while it will show "error on delete". I hope I made everything understandable. We love your plugin! Best Wished!
Hi, can you please tell me if you are using named time zone inside General Settings page in Admin panel in WP? That can make a problem. Best regards, Nikola
You should choose named Los Angeles timezone for testing. Also that time zone must be inside Google Calendar. So please change it to Los Angeles and send me the link to customers page with EA form so I can test it. Best regards, Nikola
Hi Nikolas, Right now the page allows us to make appointments but it does not show on the Google Calendar any more. We will need to have the business starting to run itself within a week. The EA calendar is very unstable, and it will take 24 hours to get one answer from support forum. Hi Nikolas, I have been trying delete the connect and reconnect for 2 days. And the google calendar still not working. We really need you to help us to fix it.
