Error occured for submitting an appointment

Hey, thank you again for this plug-in.
I just sync my google agenda with the EA plug-in successfully thanks to your youtube vidéo.
The problem is since this, i cant submit an appointment from the front-end because it says to me "An error occured" please retry.

Hi Tom, can you please check if there are any error inside error log file on your hosting. There must be some kind of record regarding that issue. It would help a lot to know what was real error there.
