Email not sent to user

Hello I made all the configurations, the admin is getting the mail but the customer (the user) is not. the test mail is working fine but the pending & the confirmation mail is not received to the user
Appreciate your help

Hi Simon, do you have custom form field with type email or named email? Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola, This is a great plugin, thank you, but I don´t undertand the notification email, I don´t know how to setup that the plugin send email to the customer and the plugin send emails to the admin, this part it isn´t very clear, can you please help me
