in the moment the text for reminder sms is the same as the text for confirmation. I think its better to separate this. so the customer gets an different text aka: please remember your upcoming appointment!

Agreed! That would be very nice. An option to do multiple reminders (24 hours before, 2 hours before) would be great too!
