I have deleted an appointment for a specific date and time, but the slot is still showing 1 taken out of 6. How can I refresh this?

No, we use no other plugin for this purpose. It is happening on two sites we use it on.
When they reserve a spot, and if we cancel or delete them, the spot is still taken and so no one else can fill up that spot. It shows as full. (We have 6 spots an hour)
Is there a way to clear the cache of the plugin? It may be a cache issue?
