Custom field translation

I use WPML plugin for transaltion. i put in the setting of easy appointment 3 fields custom fields for the froms (Name, Email, Phone) but i can't translate these fields. I should transalte it to other language because my site is multilangual !   Thanks

Hi, I have replied to previous post. Try adding exact label value direct to .po file and generate .mo version that will be used. Best regards, Nikola
