Hi Nicola, Is it possible for the Visitor to get a confirmation email once the Agent clicks the #url_confirm# link in the booking email? Ideally, we don't anyone (incl Agent) logging into the back end to make any edits / confirmation / cancellation / etc. Thank you for your time and help.

Hi Melody, yes they can confirm appointment via link from notification mail :) Best regards, Nikola

Hi, reason why you have issue with client email is that you have put value for send from: johnson4help@g... address. You should put there something like no-reply@andrewjudy.com .Must be from your domain or mail servers will remove that as spam. Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola, Thank you so much for your help. Could you let me know if it is possible to set up EA so that admin receives the Clients pending booking however the Client only receives confirmed appointments which Admin has already confirmed? Ideally, I don't want to confuse the Client with the "pending" email after they fill up the booking form. Thank you again, Nikola. I really do appreciate your help and I think EA is nothing short of EXCELLENT! :D
