When an appointment is made my worker receive a mail to confirm or cancel the appointment.
However when my worker confirm this he receive the same mail a second time, why ?
Is there a workaround to avoid that ?
is that the admin mail or customers mail? There is special template for admin notification (EA Settings > Customize)
it is the admin mail, here is my template :
A new reservation for #location_name#
by #name# (#phone#) on the #date# at #start#.
Do you confirm this appointment ?
Or do you cancel ?
When my customer click on the confirm link, the appointment is confirmed has intended but the exact same mail is sent a second time.
But status has changed so that is the reason why there are two emails. Mail is send for each change.
