Is there a way when someone books a time frame to have it take time prior to the appointment? IE: I want to have a 3 hour block for the customer - the customer selected 9 am. I want the system to reserve 8 am to 11 am. So it needs to take an hour before their "selected time"

it's not passible atm but it was requested before. I will add one more vote for that feature on the requests board.
