After creating a field, I noticed that on the form, two fields appeared with the same name. I renamed one of them successfully and hid the other field but also tried to delete one of the two duplicates and received an “error on delete” message.
Hi have exactly the same issue. I even re-installed the plugin after not being able to delete a custom field. The new installation was fine until I added a custom field and then suddenly two appeared.
Hi Cruda, can you please mark option called : Compatibility mode on EasyAppointments > Settings > Customize page
I did try this but to no effect. Having tested this again I can tell you that both fields show the same data when a customer fills in the form from the website although only one field is shown.
To make matters more complicate the visibility option of both fields is unticked but one of the fields is being displayed.
