I have detected an error. I have checked everything but I can’t get it to work correctly.
# I have a service “Fisioterapia” configured as follows →
Slot step: 30
Block before: 0
Block after: 0
Limit of booking per day: 0
# I have created a connection as follows →
Number of slots: 1
Days of week: Monday to Friday
Range of time: from 10:00 to 15:00
Is working: Yes
# For example: on Jun 21 have the following appointments:
Fisioterapia: from 11:00 to 12:00
Fisioterapia: from 12:00 to 13:00
Rehabilitación: from 13:30 to 14:00
Fisioterapia: from 14:00 to 15:00
1 appointment for “Fisioterapia” should be free: from 10:00 to 11:00. However, in the calendar when you select the 10:00 block it says “You can’t select this time slot!” maybe it’s because the 11:30 block is grayed out “blocked”?
However, for the Rehabilitation service (30 min service) everything seems to be fine.

It is VERY frustrating to pay for a plugin and have it give errors with no response 🙁
Hi, sorry for late reply. This was a busy week. Can you please go to EA settings and change the way how timeslots are visible? Instead of having only start time select to see both start and end time there. Option is located inside EA Settings > Form Style & redirect. After that try again to see which are available and those one that are not.
