I have had problems with the generation of appointments, from the backend, since when looking for the location, when going down with the sidebar it does not allow, it returns to the beginning, and on the other hand, when generating it, it is canceling them automatically, without someone intervening.

Hi Alexandra, for canceling thing try setting Two step Mail Action in EA Mail notification settings. I didn't understand first part can you please provide a screen shot of issue. Best regards, Nikola
