Admin not recieiving email

Hi! This is regarding the site when I enter my email, I receive an email that there has been a new booking. But when using my clients email, which is, he isn’t getting any emails.  I am using a SMTP (?) mail with a plug-in. How can I fix this? Thanks

Hi, looks like it's blocked for some reason. Can you please confirm that Send from value is set to same email address that is used inside SMTP settings?
