Have you tried:In Backend of plugin (WordPress dashboard) Easy Appointment - Settings - Date & Time - under Block Time - enter 60.That will mean the minimum number of minutes there can be before the customer makes a booking.Example: if the patient wants to make an appointment at 4pm the next available slot they will be able to choose is 5pm.
