It stopped working again. The account we're using to authenticate is ONLY being used for Easy Appointments, and the connection still stopped working after a while.

Hi Nikola,So far, it looks like the new account is working. It seems like if you are using an account that authenticates frequently for other apps, that the token expires for EA. I created a new Google account, shared the calendar with that new account, and used the new account for EA, and it seems to be working fine now.

Hi Nikola,The advance redirect does not seem to take priority. I have multiple advance redirects set up, but when I cancel an appointment it still takes me to the calendar instead of the page I specify in the advance redirect for that appointment.I'm not sure what you mean about the feature only working in bootstrap version of shortcode. Does that mean that it won't work completely when someone cancels their appointment?

Hi NikolaAll of the settings appear to be properly configured. There appears to be some communication error when the event is deleted from GCAL. The cancellation is not being triggered in EA. I did recently find something very interesting ... if I create an event on GCAL the event is properly synced back to EA ... THEN the deleted appointments are cancelled in EA as well. Those cancelled appointments then trigger email notifications but not the text notifications.I can provide access to the site and GCAL if you would like to investigate.

Yes, we need a template for "Follow Up" to be able to select the time AFTER the appointment instead of before. So if the appointment is from 1pm-2pm we want to be able to set the SMS to send a certain numer of minutes AFTER the appointment. This would be similar to the "Reminder" template, except the time to send the SMS would be AFTER the appointment instead of before.Please let me know how you would like me to pay the $40. Thanks!

Unfortunately that is not the issue. When this first occurred I purged the cache, and when that didn't work I disabled the caching plugin completely, and it's still not working.Also, it's a new field, so it shouldn't be cached. I just added a completely new masked input field with a unique name, and the mask shows while I'm logged in but does not work in an incognito browser.Were you not able to reproduce this on your end? You can see our form at https://www.aggielandappliancerepair.com/schedule-a-repair/ the masked field is the Cell Phone field.

Hello Nikola,Yes, it looks like this works! I just tried it and it's masking correctly. I appreciate your help with this!I have another question for you...Would it be possible at some point for you to capitalize the first letter of each appointment status? For example, "Confirmed" instead of "confirmed", "Cancelled" instead of "cancelled", etc.When we insert these statuses in email subjects it would be nice if the first letters were capitalized. We have been using a custom translation file to accomplish this, but that gets overwritten after each plugin update. If the first letter capitalization is something you can incorporate easily into a future update that would be great!Thanks again for your help!

It sounds like that will be fine as long as the dashes are automatically inserted. the user should not have to type "-" .. they will only enter their phone number 9999999999 and it will automatically be formatted to 999-999-9999

we do not need to block any numbers. we just need an input mask that allows only 10 digits and is formatted with dashes like this example ... 000-000-0000I will purchase the the extension plugin today.Thank you!
