Random Cancellations

I'm noticing the odd appointment being automatically cancelled. Example, Same customer books 4 appointments, yet within an hour one of the appointments get automatically cancelled. This causes a problem as the appointment still shows in Google Cal and unless we check in EA we are unaware, and leaves the space open for another customer to book. Causing double bookings.

Hi Tim, try removing Cancel link from customers email template. Sometimes some mail server can open links from emails just as part of checking the content behind it and that will trigger cancel action for those appointments. Best regards, Nikola

I have checked and verified there is no Cancel link attached to any of the emails being sent.

What about admin email? Is there Cancel link?
