Hi! I have 2 questions:
  1. Is it possible to preload user information (name and email) on the appointmet form if the user is logged in?
  2. Is it possible to deny access to appointmets booking is the user is not logged in?

Hi Matias,
  1. There is no such option now but form will keep info from previous Appointment. 
  2. You can place form on page that is visible only to logged in users.
