Support forumCategory: QuestionsUpdated plugin and now I see no info for appointments

Hi,
I have installed and configured the plugin for the Appointment page. Now, when I am trying to book an appointment, the front end page successfully books an appointment but the appointment page is not showing any result when I go and look at the back end page.
What could be wrong?
Please advise.

Hi Paresh, have you tried to change date filter on that page?

Yes, i have tried changing the filter and all other settings that I can think of.
Any suggestions?
Really stuck at this point however I liked the plugin.

Hi,
I think I have figured it out. I removed all the filter criteria and just kept the date range and I see the appointments now. But was wondering, why do I need to keep the date range? If I removed the date range then I just the list is blank. And, what to do in case if I want to see all the appointments without any date range? I can keep the date as wide as possible but still why do even need that if I want to see everything.
 
Please let me know.

Hi, can you please check what is Date/Time format in General Settings?

Hi,

The date format is F j, Y eg. January 5, 2019
And, time format is g:i a eg. 12.42 am
