Hello, Twilio does not work.  Can you give me more information on the correct way to set it up?

I also setup a twilio account, verified my number and setup easy appointments to send the SMS but I do not see any traffic on my twilio account dashboard and did not receive any sms to my verified number.

It is not a big deal because the email and calendar reminder are working GREAT and makes this extension worth the price ! However in the future it might be nice to have sms.
FYI: I did notice that with a Twilio TRIAL account you can only send sms to 1 telephone number, that is to yourself.

Speaking of doco, regarding “Slot Step” at is not clear to me.

Please let me know ASAP when that documentation is in. I really need to get my SMS reminders going. Are there any steps that I can start now?

I didn't know that on Twilio trial thanks for the info :) Regarding slot step is thing that allow you to split slot time when you can start appointments. For example if service is lasting for 60 minutes you can only book at full hour for example from 09-10, 10-11 etc If you have split time set to 30 minutes then your customer can choose 09-10 or 09:30-10:30, etc :) Best regards, Nikola

Let me ask another question about the Twilio plugin.   I have some clients that I have entered manually but I have not put in their telephone number.  Does the plugin need to have the information at the time of creation or could I put in the number after the fact for them to receive a reminder 24 hours before their appointment?  Thanks

For reminder you will need that phone number 24 hours before appointment.
