The appointment is pending when confirming it in the mail, a message appears indicating that the appointment cannot be confirmed, although it really does confirm it.

Hi, maybe status of that appointment has been changed before you click on link? Can you please check status before you cancel it. Best regards, Nikola

Hi, The appointment is confirmed. I have an email indicating that there is a confirmed appointment with the day and time, if I click on cancel a message appears indicating “the appointment cannot be canceled”.
Although I have an email confirming that the canceled appointment has been canceled and in the database.
It works correctly but the message is wrong
